Welcome to ‘Southern Beauty Supply, Inc.  We are a private beauty/barber supply house serving the professionals in this industry.  Your use of this site is conditioned upon agreement of these terms.  To use this site, you must agree to any and all terms.  Terms may change without notice or at our discretion.  After any changes are made, use of this site is agreement.  Southern Beauty Supply, Inc. honors our suppliers and manufactures commitments.  Diversion of supplies is strictly prohibited.  Misuse of this policy can eliminate all future purchases and legal action If diverting.  Purchaser may be charged all reasonable costs incurred.  Costs that being legal fees, damages, and other costs associated with the collection of diverted property.  Do not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, republish or other wise use the information or material on this site.  This site may not be used for any unlawful action.  Southern Beauty Supply, Inc. will reserve the right to disclose any information about you or your use of this site as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or government request.  We will monitor your use of this web site.  Children who are 13 years old or younger will not be permitted to use this site without the permission of their parents or guardian.  This site is not directed at children.  We monitor our systems constantly for unethical or criminal attacks on our systems.  And when necessary, the Secret Service will investigate internet breeches of the law.  We respect your privacy!  Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be rented, disclosed, or loaned!  Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you consented to.  Pricing is subject to change without notice.  The amount is agreed upon, and receipt of merchandise and/or equipment is admitted.  It is understood the merchandise and/or equipment remains the property of the seller until paid for.  A service charge of 1 ½ percentage per month or 18% per year will be charged on any balance over 30 days old.  If collection falls past due, a minimum collection charge of $70.00  or  40% of total charge may be added—which ever is greater.  You must pay all court costs and attorney’s fees.
